In this sound journey we will work on balancing the 7 chakras and honor the planetary alignment which will be viewable to the naked eye. Brittney will use specific frequencies and breathing techniques to help you dive deeper into your sound meditation. Brittney will have viewing equipment available to see the planets after the event. (Weather permitting) Please bring a pillow, blanket, eye mask (optional) and dress in layers.You may bring any crystals you would like charged during this practice.
