If you are carrying the weight of grief, it can help to know that you are not alone. Yoga can allow us to hold opposing thoughts; it allows us to sit with grief and at the same time create a space where we can feel connected to the present.
Join Canella for a gentle and compassionate practice. We will use yoga techniques that consider the physical, mental, and spiritual symptoms of grief. Each session will include a sharing circle, a light ceremony to honor your loved one, and a 45-minute yoga practice with the intention of moving the pain of grief through the body and reconnecting to more empowerment and love.
