Bring your kids, ages 4-8, to yoga! Natalie Bourbon, a local teacher and certified yoga instructor, will lead the sessions. These consecutive sessions build upon each other, relaxing and renewing little yogis’ minds and bodies.
Starting a regular practice, especially at a young age, will build positive self-esteem, improved concentration, and valuable social skills. Kids will learn poses focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance.
Yoga for kids fosters cooperation and compassion and helps them find their “center,” cultivating inner peace and an overall sense of calmness.
