Bridget Vaughn
Biography
Hi! My name is Bridget. I began my yoga practice over a decade ago. I was into the hippie
subculture, metaphysics, spirituality, Eastern philosophy, and the mind-body connection, so yoga found its way to me quite organically. I fell in love with the holistic nature of the practice- the mind, body, spirit experience of opening up and letting go.
In 2019, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification, under Therese Crews. I teach a slow flow vinyasa, appropriate for all levels. The tempo is mellow to moderate, focusing on breath linked movement, proper alignment, and subtle refinements. My playlist is Indian folk, chanting, kirtan, binaural beats and instrumentals. I meet students where they are at, providing a
safe comfortable space and compassionate guidance. Students are encouraged and supported as
they explore their own potential and grow in their practice.
